Accounts and Security

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to LangCapture. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

AI and Generated Output

LangCapture uses AI services to generate structured outputs, translations, and speech. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans and purchases are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Prices, taxes, and billing cycles will be shown at checkout. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

LangCapture and its original content, features, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to LangCapture at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect our services and users. You may stop using LangCapture at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LangCapture is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LangCapture.
