• Billing and Transaction Data: Payment processing is handled by Creem. We store billing customer IDs, subscription status, orders, and related metadata.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us deliver the service:

• AI Processing: OpenRouter (LLM inference) for sentence translation.
• Text-to-Speech: Minimax for speech synthesis.
• Storage: S3-compatible object storage for audio assets.
• Payments: Creem for payment processing and billing.
• Email: Resend for transactional emails.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics, Plausible, Umami, PostHog, OpenPanel, Seline, Clarity, Ahrefs, DataFast, or Vercel Analytics when configured.
• Auth Providers: Google and GitHub for social login when enabled.

We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect our users and systems.

Data Retention

We retain account and user content for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data; some information may be retained to comply with legal, accounting, or security requirements. Backups may persist for a limited period.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
